Mr Colin O'Hare was appointed as a Teaching Fellow for the Actuarial Studies degree on 1 January 2008. Mr O'Hare holds MMath (with first class honours) in Mathematics from Warwick University and is an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries. Colin has worked as a Pensions Actuary for over nine years in Birmingham, Manchester, London and Belfast. He has worked for Mercer Human Resource Consulting. PriewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Watson Wyatt. His research interests are in the area of pension scheme valuation and risk management and he will be completing a PhD in this area whilst working as a Teaching Fellow.
